    A perpetual Arsonist, The U.S. and her militant proxy NATO ( a vicious instrument of destruction, bloodshed and carnage) want to be perceived and hailed as perpetual Firefighters!

    How anyone can consider that only Africans and Serbians can be sent to the ICC, when far better candidates, like Fogh Rassmussen and his predecessors, as well as Bush43 and his cronies, Obomber the Peace Laureate, Tony Blair and Jack Straw.
